Returns & Refunds Policy

Because each family tree design and photo book is created entirely to order using your personal family information, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order is in production.

Proof Approval Process

Before your order is printed and dispatched, you will receive a digital proof of your completed artwork or photo book for your review and approval. It is important that you check all names, dates, and details carefully at this stage, as changes cannot be made after you have given your approval and the order has gone to print.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or with a print fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
