Step 1 — Choose Your Design
Browse our range of tree art & other products and choose the one that’s right for you. Not sure which suits your family history best? Get in touch and we’ll help you decide.
Step 2 — Place Your Order & Pay
Once you’ve chosen your design, place your order on the website (on the product’s page). Full payment is required upfront — just like ordering a custom cake, your order goes straight into the queue!
Step 3 — Send Us Your Family Data
Send us your family history information by email — just share what you have, it doesn’t need to be complete or perfect. We’ll work with what you’ve got and let you know if we need anything else.
Step 4 — We Create Your Design
Annie will carefully design your family tree, turning your research into a beautiful piece of art. Your order will be ready to ship within 2 weeks.
Step 5 — You Approve Your Proof
Before anything is printed you’ll receive a digital proof to review. Check all the names and dates and request any changes — we won’t print until you’re completely happy.
Step 6 — We Print & Post
Once you’ve approved your proof we print your order and post it straight to your door, anywhere in Australia.
No — just share what you have and we’ll work with it.
Your order will be ready within 2 weeks of receiving your family data.

No problem at all — family research is always evolving! We offer an amendment service so you can update your tree as your research grows. Simply get in touch and we’ll discuss the changes and arrange a reorder with your updated information.
Yes! We offer reprint services so you can order extra copies of your completed tree at any time. These make wonderful gifts for other family members. Get in touch for reprint pricing.
Absolutely — this is one of our most popular options! We offer a sibling edit service, which means your brother or sister can order their own version of the tree with their name on the trunk rather than yours. It’s a beautiful way for the whole family to have their own piece. Get in touch to find out more.
