Step 1 — Choose Your Design
First up, browse our range of tree art and other products and choose the one that’s right for you. Not sure which suits your family history best? Simply get in touch and I’ll help you decide.

Step 2 — Place Your Order & Pay
Once you’ve chosen your design, head to the product page and place your order directly on the website. Full payment is required upfront — just like ordering a custom cake, your order goes straight into the queue!

Step 3 — Send Me Your Family Data
Next, send your family history information by email — just share what you have, as it doesn’t need to be complete or perfect. I’ll work with whatever you’ve got and let you know if I need anything else.

Step 4 — I Create Your Design
From there, I’ll carefully design your family tree, turning your research into a beautiful piece of art. Best of all, your order will be ready to ship within 2 weeks.

Step 5 — You Approve Your Proof
Before anything goes to print, you’ll receive a digital proof to review. Take your time to check all the names and dates and request any changes — after all, I won’t print until you’re completely happy.

Step 6 — I Print & Post
Finally, once you’ve approved your proof, I’ll print your order and post it straight to your door, anywhere in Australia.
