We understand that there are many ways to keep family tree research. That’s why we’re happy to accept multiple formats, to make things easy for you.
Whichever format your tree is in, you’ll have to email it to us at:
Most Family Tree programs allow users to export their tree in a gedcom file format. We can work with this, or you can generate a pedigree report for us in document format.
We’ve made instructions on how to export from the most common three programs – Ancestry, MyHeritage & FindMyPast.

Most of our orders are dispatched within 2 weeks. Once we’ve received your family tree data (after placing your order) we will send you an ETA.
All of our artwork is professionally printed on archival 235gsm premium quality satin paper. This ensures a long-lasting, high quality print. We offer A3, A2, A1 and A0 print sizes.
We’ve listed the recommended print sizes below. You don’t necessarily have to follow this, but ordering a smaller size than recommended can mean that the dates for each ancestor might be difficult to read.
1 – 75 Ancestors: A2 or bigger
76 – 125 Ancestors: A1 or bigger
125 + Ancestors: A0
